Subject: Reminder: Upcoming Enforcement of Codes and Ordinances Effective April 1, 2025

Dear Builders and Remodelers,

To ensure the smooth and efficient execution of inspections, we would like to inform you that, starting April 1, 2025, the following codes and ordinances will be strictly enforced. While all applicable ordinances will be actively monitored, we would like to specifically remind you that the items listed below must be present on the site prior to scheduling your inspection.

1. Address must be clearly posted on the property.
2. Trash and debris receptacles should be on-site.
3. Portable restrooms need to be available on-site.
4. Approved stamped plans should be kept on-site.
5. Silt fencing should be installed and maintained.

If these items are not in place at the time of the inspection, the inspection will be delayed and will need to be rescheduled. Please note additional fees may apply, for rescheduled inspections.
