Water Rates

Residential Inside City Limits

For the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,501 to 10,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $6.47 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 10,001 to 15,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $7.58 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 15,001 and up, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $8.61 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Commercial Inside City Limits

For the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,501 to 10,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $6.87 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 10,001 to 15,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $8.04 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 15,001 and up, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $9.15 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Residential and Commercial Water Rates Outside City Limits

For the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,501 to 10,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $8.16 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 10,001 to 15,000, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $9.59 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 15,001 and up, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $10.90 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Wholesale Water Rates (Copano Cove)

There shall be charged and collected by the city from all contracted resale customers, for each 1,000 gallons, or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $7.42 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Sewer Rates

Residential Inside City Limits

Resident/Single Family - for the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,500 for each 1,000 gallons up to 5,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $5.69 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 5,000 for each 1,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $6.68 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Non-Residential/Non-Single Family Inside City Limits

Non-Resident/Non-Single Family - for the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,500 for each 1,000 gallons up to 5,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $6.46 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 5,000 for each 1,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $7.58 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Residential Outside City Limits

Residential/Single Family - For the first 0 to 1,500 gallons, or fractional part thereof:

For all additional gallons used over 1,500 for each 1,000 gallons up to 5,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $6.83 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 5,000 for each 1,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $8.01 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Non-Residential/Non-Single Family Outside City Limits

Non-Resident/Non-Single Family - for the first 1,500 gallons or fractional part, used in a billing cycle:

For all additional gallons used over 1,500 for each 1,000 gallons up to 5,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $7.76 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

For all additional gallons used over 5,000 for each 1,000 gallons or fractional part thereof, the following rate of $9.10 shall be effective on the first billing cycle after October 1, 2025.

Natural Gas Rates

There shall be charge and collected by the City from all residential and commercial customers based on usage (in cubic centimeters) a Demand Rate of $31.08 and $3.76 per 1,000 CF for Inside City Limits and Demand Rate of $35.08 and $3.76 per 1,000 CF for Outside City Limits .  Note:  Rates do not include purchased gas adjustments and sales tax, where applicable.
