to obtain a copy of your Crash Report. The TXDOT system will then charge the $6.00 fee mentioned in the costs section
The following information is required for the city to release any officer camera footage under the Texas Occupations Code, Section 1701.661. Provision of this information does not guarantee that such footage will be released as some footage may contain confidential information.
The City must have written authorization from the person who is the subject of the video footage if: (a) video was recorded in a private place, or (b) involves investigation of conduct of a fine only offense.
Under the Public Information Act, some categories of information do not have to be released. Some records may be subject to non-disclosure under Government Code Chapter 552, and other laws. For guidance regarding your rights as a requestor and the public information procedures, you may visit the Attorney General's website at http://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/open-government.
