The City of Rockport adopted Ordinance 1928 establishing regulations for the registration and use of privately owned dwellings as Short-Term Rentals.   

Registration is Easy and Online The City has made the registration process convenient for all owners by offering an online portal. Property owners are encouraged to complete the registration form and submit all required documentation by visiting https://portal.deckard.com/tx-aransas-city_of_rockport-str-portal/. 

Important Deadlines and Requirements All existing short-term rental properties must be registered by December 1, 2024. Any new short-term rental properties must complete registration before operating.
